They still won with 3-1 against Heracles Almelo. Couple of days ago AZ lost with 1-0 against Anzhi, they are still in the race to qualify for the Europa League.

Last season SC Heerenveen had the best offensive line in the Eredivisie. Dost went toWolfsburg(€ 8 milion), Narsingh to PSV (€ 5 million) and Assaidi toLiverpool(€ 4 million). But thats not everything, they also sold Breur, Elm and Janmaat. The new coach of SC Heerenveen, Marco van Basten, can build a whole new team because they sold six keyplayers. SC Heerenveen got one point out two games. They lost against NEC with 0-2 and they played 1-1 against Feyenoord because Feyenoord had a redcard and SC Heerenveen got a penalty. SC Heerenveen played in the last qualification round against Molde FK and they got beated by 2-0.

Normally the stadium of Groningen (Euroborg) means problems for everyone who is visiting! But this season totally other situation imo. Groningen is going to have a lot of problems to play for top 8 or so, there squad just isnt up to it atm. Last season was already a very bad season for them and after watching the first two games of this season, i have to say that nothing changed in a positive way..
On the other had PSV lost the first match away to RKC and def can not lose any more points in this stage of the competition.

Nacional da Madeira is in a very good shape, they won a few games in the pre-season against some high rated teams comparing with Nacional. Nacional won the Spanish tournament “Ramon Carranza” winning by 2-1 against Osasuna. This pre-season they won as well against Rennes in a club friendly by 2-0, another game that they won it was against today opponent Setubal by 2-0 and last season they won away Setubal by 3-0. This is just statistics but if Nacional play focus in this match they have everything to win at home.

Pedro Caixinha (Nacional manager) said to the press: “Nacional at home will be favourite against any team. If the team play today like the pre-season games, with quality and focus we can win”

Setubal last years had some financial problems with some players don’t getting them wages in time. But Setubal was in the past a big team in Portugal and they fight always in every game. They have a quality manger (Jose Mota) that made a brilliant job when he was at Pacos Ferreira, his teams play like that is the most important game in them lifes. Setubal have some very experienced players like Jose Pedro or Mayong but both are now above the 30’s, Jose Mota hope this more experienced players can give some advices to the youngster players that don’t have almost any experience in the Portuguese League.

Jose Mota said to the press: “Nacional is a quality team with experienced players that been playing together last 2-3 years... I hope my players play some quality football and hope that the oldest players can give some tranquillity to the youngsters so they don’t be so nervous”

In my opinion this is a game that Nacional can take easily the 3 points if they don’t start the game thinking that it is won already even before the game start. According to the Setubal manager declarations to the press he hope that oldest players can help the youngsters so they don’t play nervous, well this will be first official game and I think this will be a big handicap for Setubal. Nacional is confident, and they must be like that as they made a very good pre-season, the team is almost the same as last years, the players know each other and this can be a big advantage for the home team.

Marathon is big team in Hinduras but they are having hard time. This is worst period in last 40 years. Season started before 4 rounds – they loose all 4 games. Some important players are not in club any more, coach get fired after last game and situation is very bad.
..but, things can be even worse. They have hard, overcrowded scedule and they will play 4 games in 10 days. They played 13/8 (olimpia demolished them 4-0), they palyed yesterday, loose home v Atlético Choloma 1-2, scored from penalty. They will play this game, less than 48 hours after last game and after this they have CONCACAF Champions lLeague game with Caledonia AIA (they was resting first CL round). So with this situation and this scedule, specially playing away, i think Real Espana has big chances to win this.
Real Espana loose two games and won two, both 1-0. Both they played home. Now they have chance to score more than 1 goal, Marathion get 9 goals in 4 round, defence is not good.
